Development works for the southern part of Klaipėda State Seaport

Summary

Klaipėda State Seaport Authority is procuring the design and construction of works to develop the southern part of Klaipėda State Seaport. The single, indivisible contract covers preparation of a technical working design using BIM, design supervision, formation of new land, quay and breakwater construction, slope protection, rainwater drainage, reconstruction of the 110 kV electricity network and port-water-area dredging. The planned new territory is approximately 100 hectares; the indicative dredging quantity is 10,915,383 m³, including permitted over-dredging, and the buyer is not obliged to order the full quantity. Works are to be completed within 365 days, with commencement no later than 29 days after contract conclusion.
