Les Lacs de l’Eau d’Heure A.S.B.L. is seeking a concessionaire to operate and develop the golf facilities at the Lacs de l’Eau d’Heure site under a single lot. The facilities include a nine-hole course with synthetic greens, a driving range, three Experience holes, a Fun Park with mini-golf, pitch-and-putt, footgolf and disc golf, and a clubhouse with sports and hospitality areas. The concessionaire will also take over the golf academy and recreational activities, with a base concession term of five years.
