Summary
The Danish Defence Estates and Infrastructure Organisation is procuring full consultancy services for the complete restoration and upgrading of Building 1 at the Life Guards’ Barracks on Gothersgade in Copenhagen. The work covers developing and designing the demolition, restoration and upgrading project, tendering the construction works, and providing construction management and professional supervision through final commissioning. The scope excludes the separate basement level and parts of the ground floor of the wing building. The estimated contract value is DKK 32 million.
