Framework Agreement for the Supply of Mobile Phones (MTEL26)

Summary

Hungary’s Digital Government Agency is procuring mobile phones for organisations covered by the centralised purchasing system and voluntary participants. The single-lot framework agreement covers 40 product types: button phones; basic, mid-range, high-end and ultra-range smartphones; two foldable-phone categories; and water-, dust- and impact-resistant phones. Delivery and related services, including extended warranty, home delivery and a procurement project office, are included. The framework has an initial net value of HUF 3.2 billion, with an option to increase the framework amount by 30%; its 18-month term may be extended once by three months.
