Design documentation for the reconstruction of Liberecká 3367/35 into municipal apartments

Summary

The statutory city of Jablonec nad Nisou is procuring design services for the reconstruction of the building at Liberecká 3367/35 into municipal apartments. The contract covers construction-stage design documentation, a quantified bill of works, supplies and services, and a priced cost estimate; the documentation must support both construction and the selection of the building contractor and comply with the applicable requirements of the IROP Social Housing II funding programme. Author’s supervision during the subsequent construction works is also envisaged. The procurement is divided into one lot and has an estimated value of CZK 4,650,000.
