Technical design and author supervision for the renovation of St. Patriarch Evtimiy School

Summary

The Municipality of Plovdiv is procuring, in one lot, a technical investment design and author supervision during construction for the major renovation, energy-efficiency improvements and refurbishment of the grounds of St. Patriarch Evtimiy School at 19 Ivan Vazov Street, Plovdiv. The school complex has a gross built-up area of 4,508 m² and the grounds cover approximately 1,711 m²; the buildings have protected cultural-heritage status. The design service includes the necessary surveys and coordination, while author supervision continues during the construction works.
