Study of people no longer traceable in socio-economic records after unemployment benefits end
Summary
Belgium’s Federal Public Service for Social Integration is commissioning a 30-month study of people whose socio-economic situation can no longer be identified in administrative records after their unemployment benefits end. The study will examine the group’s size and profile, actual means of subsistence, social impact and longer-term trajectories, using linked administrative data, a targeted survey and longitudinal follow-up. It will also consider people who approach a public social welfare centre without receiving income support and, where possible, make a limited comparison of relevant indicators before and after benefit loss. The procurement comprises one lot.
