Accessibility upgrades to platforms on tram line 56–56A

Summary

BKK Budapest Transport Centre is procuring accessibility works on Budapest tram line 56, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the Krisztina Boulevard section: reconstruction of six stops and 240 track metres, including platforms, track, paving, road and pavement works, lighting, traffic signals and utility adjustments; an option covers two platforms at Krisztina Square. Lot 2 covers the Hűvösvölgy section: reconstruction of 12 stops and 917 track metres, including capacity works at the Hűvösvölgy terminus, platforms, track, paving, roads, utilities and overhead-line infrastructure; an option covers two platforms at Budagyöngye.
