Renovation and extension of the therapy pool building

Summary

Bük Spa is procuring, in a single lot, the partial demolition, reconstruction and extension of its existing therapy-pool building in Bük, Hungary. The works include a 394 m² stainless-steel pool, a new roof and building systems, an adjoining rest area and connecting passages, and associated external works; an additional 150 kVA solar installation is optional. The contract period is 18 months.
