Conversion of the Náměstí school extension into apartments and the school building into a library

Summary

The City of Kopřivnice is procuring comprehensive construction works to convert the extension of the former Náměstí primary school into apartments and the former school building into a municipal library. The works include structural alterations, building services, associated infrastructure and landscaping; the apartment conversion also includes an extension and underground parking. The two projects are not formally divided into lots. The estimated value, including reserved changes, is CZK 373,668,592.61 excluding VAT.
