Low-value purchases

Summary

VRT is procuring a 48-month operational service to manage low-value, non-strategic purchases not covered by existing framework agreements. The purchases may include small IT and audiovisual equipment, books, corporate gifts, flowers, event organisation, staff off-site activities and small marketing supplies. The supplier will make purchases in its own name and at its own expense, then supply the goods and services to VRT; individual purchases are normally capped at €10,000 excluding VAT and may not exceed €30,000, while the estimated contract value is €10 million and the framework agreement ceiling is €12 million.
