New Printing Equipment and Related Services

Summary

Hungary’s central digital government procurement agency is establishing multi-supplier framework agreements for printing and scanning equipment and related services, with up to 12 suppliers per lot. Lot 1 covers small-, medium- and high-performance printers and multifunction devices, print and scan management software, and servicing, through purchase or 36- or 48-month lease; its base framework ceiling is HUF 15.3 billion net. Lot 2 covers A0 and A1 plotters and scanners, with maintenance, through purchase or 36- or 48-month lease; its base ceiling is HUF 320 million net. Individual orders will determine the specific quantities.
