Development of e-learning programmes and modules on public procurement and local authority finance

Summary

The Regional School of Public Administration is procuring services in five lots to develop French-language learning programmes and produce e-learning modules in French and Dutch on public procurement and the financial organisation of Brussels municipalities and public social welfare centres. Lots 1–3 cover three learning programmes: an introduction to public procurement, municipal financial organisation and social welfare centre financial organisation. Lots 4–5 cover the design, production, delivery, integration into the school’s learning platform, technical support and maintenance of three corresponding modules, each estimated at 60 minutes. The modules are intended for onboarding local public-sector staff; each is expected to serve about 550 users a year. The contracts run for one year and may be renewed three times, for up to four years.
