Feasibility study for the Hârlău bypass

Summary

The Intercommunity Development Association “Iași Infrastructure” is procuring a feasibility study for a proposed bypass of Hârlău in Iași County, together with the necessary specialist studies, permits and approvals. The proposed two-lane road would connect to DN 28B south and north of the town, diverting through-traffic from its centre. The contract also includes technical assistance to the beneficiary during procurement of the design and construction works.
