Design services to future-proof Building 33 at Malmö Hospital

Summary

Region Skåne is procuring consultancy and design services for the future-proofing of Building 33 at the Malmö hospital site. The initial scope is to complete the programme documents and full tender documents for a collaborative construction contract under ABT 06. An option covers design for the renovation and future-proofing of the building through completed system design and tender documents for a fixed-price design-and-build contract. The estimated contract value is SEK 8,000,000.
