Incident reporting system

Summary

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is procuring an on-premises incident reporting system that it will operate. The contract covers licences, support and maintenance, implementation and configuration including migration, integration, documentation and training. Options include increasing the number of users, additional training, and licences for additional functions with consultancy services. The system is expected to serve approximately 40,000 reporters and 4,000–5,500 users with some form of enhanced access; the estimated contract value is SEK 1.8 billion, and the planned term is 11 January 2027 to 11 January 2035, with up to four 12-month extensions.
