Asset and Liability Management System and Services

Summary

The Swedish National Debt Office is procuring an integrated asset and liability management (ALM) system for analysing the financing of nuclear decommissioning and waste management in Sweden. The supply includes software licences or subscriptions, implementation, configuration, testing, operation, maintenance, support, training and consultancy. The system must be ready for production use by 1 January 2027; operational services are initially planned for three years, with extensions allowing a maximum term of eight years. The procurement is not divided into lots, and its estimated value is SEK 2.5 million.
