Technical HVAC and building services consultancy services

Summary

Upphandlingscenter Falun Borlänge-regionen and participating municipalities and municipal companies are procuring technical consultancy services for building services under a single-lot framework agreement with up to three suppliers. The assignments cover planning, design, investigations, cost estimates, tender documentation and inspections in ventilation, heating, cooling, plumbing, control and regulation systems, energy efficiency and installation coordination. Consultants will also support increased reuse of materials and may need to attend sites at short notice. The estimated contract value is SEK 975,014, and the planned contract period is 2 March 2027 to 1 March 2031.
