Technical engineering consultancy for a youth centre and housing development

Summary

The City of Luxembourg is seeking technical engineering consultancy services from the detailed design stage for a project comprising a youth centre and approximately 20 housing units. The development will have an approximate volume of 10,000 m³, with a basement, a ground-floor youth centre and social housing and/or housing for people with specific needs on floors 1 to 3. The procurement is divided into one lot.
