Conversion of the Náměstí school extension into apartments and the school building into a library

Summary

The City of Kopřivnice is procuring a comprehensive renovation of the extension to the former Náměstí Primary School for conversion into an apartment building, including an additional storey, underground parking and associated infrastructure, and conversion of the former school building into a municipal library with spaces for cultural, educational and leisure activities. The works include structural and building-services upgrades, repairs and restoration, external works and landscaping. These are two parts of a single procurement, not separate lots; the estimated total value, including reserved changes, is CZK 373,668,592.61 excluding VAT.
