Intrusion alarms, access control systems and locks

Summary

Malmö City’s Service Administration is procuring a framework agreement for installing, replacing, servicing, maintaining and repairing intrusion alarm systems, access control systems and mechanical, electronic and digital locks. The work covers municipal properties and external premises where the municipality operates and is responsible for the systems. The four lots cover schools and educational facilities; health, care and social services; culture and leisure facilities; and offices and other specialist properties. The estimated total value is SEK 200 million, with the agreement planned to run from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029.
