Summary

Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica S.A. is procuring a complete backup data centre for the Cernavoda nuclear power plant site. The single-lot supply includes three compute servers and an identical test server, Hyper-V virtualisation software, network equipment, a rack, UPS units, power distribution units, data backup and storage platforms, and software for configuration management and backup testing. The contract also includes design, installation, configuration and operational testing, supporting the duplication of existing data-centre functions and the backup of historical data and process-computer configurations.
