Study and design for the reconfiguration of Port Arthurlaan, Glasgowstraat and New Orleansstraat in Ghent

Summary

The Flemish Government’s Roads and Traffic Agency is procuring a comprehensive study and design for the reconfiguration of Port Arthurlaan and the Glasgowstraat–New Orleansstraat–Goolestraat route in Ghent, to divert N456 traffic from New Orleansstraat to Port Arthurlaan. The work also includes designing the sewerage system for the changes and associated source-control measures. The main part runs from reviewing existing information through preparation of the complete tender dossier; the conditional parts cover an expropriation plan, assistance with the procurement and follow-up through the warranty period to final acceptance, and supervision of construction works for the City of Ghent.
