Victor Babeș University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timișoara is procuring the rehabilitation and strengthening of a 2,320 m² building at 3–5 Pestalozzi Street, Timișoara, together with refurbishment of its boundary fence. The works cover the façades and internal layout, electrical, water, sewerage and heating systems, replacement of interior and exterior joinery, restoration or replacement of interior floors, and roof renewal.
