The contract covers the construction, furnishing and digitalisation of the Comandor Alexandru Catuneanu theoretical high school in Lunca Cetatuii village, Ciurea municipality, Romania. The bidder must also demonstrate similar civil-construction experience completed within the previous five years, worth at least RON 28,000,000 excluding VAT across no more than two contracts. The minimum warranty is 36 months. Award criteria include price, the project manager’s previous experience, a longer warranty and the use of exclusively electric equipment and machinery. The declared use of green equipment will be checked during performance; non-compliance may incur a penalty of up to 8% of the value of the relevant works statement, proportionate to the points awarded.
