Roof repairs to Teaching Block No. 2, excluding the end sections

Summary

Sofia Technical University is procuring roof repairs to Teaching Block No. 2 in Sofia as a single lot. The works include removing the existing roof covering and finishes, installing a new levelling screed, vapour barrier and two-layer bituminous waterproofing, replacing metal flashings, gutters and downpipes, and repairing plaster in the lift room. Construction waste must also be collected and removed; approximately 2,300 m² of waterproofing is involved.
