Klaipeda Seaport Southern Expansion Works

Summary

The procurement covers design and construction works for the southern expansion of Klaipeda Seaport as one indivisible project under a design-and-build approach. The works include forming new land, constructing a quay and supporting structures, building the northern breakwater, dredging the harbour basin, installing stormwater and electrical networks, and reconstructing a 110 kV power line. The planned new land area is approximately 100 hectares; the estimated dredging volume is 10,915,383 m³, including 7,863,776 m³ for disposal at sea and 3,051,607 m³ for land filling.
