Tenant adaptation of the Pannverkstaden property

Summary

Älvstranden Utveckling AB is procuring collaborative construction works to adapt the Pannverkstaden property at Lundbyvassen 4:6. The project includes a permanent two-storey pavilion of approximately 5,400 m² gross floor area, designed for 150 people and containing laboratories, climate-controlled test rooms, a test gym, changing rooms and offices, as well as adaptations to the outdoor areas. The estimated contract value is SEK 100 million.
