Green space maintenance and public-area cleaning in Prague 12, areas 3 and 9

Summary

The Prague 12 municipal district is procuring routine and specialist maintenance of public green spaces, cleaning of public areas, and inspection and maintenance of playgrounds in two areas: Area 3 and Area 9. Area 3 covers Durychova, Šatrova, U Vodojemu, Novodvorská, Smotlachova, Zelenkova and Generála Šišky; Area 9 covers Generála Šišky, Čs. Exilu and K Vystrkovu in part of Modřany, as well as areas in Komořany, Cholupice and Točná. The planned contract period is 52 months from 1 March 2027; work in the Cholupice and Točná part of Area 9 will be performed only from 1 March to 30 June 2027.
