Preparation of the Centrum Smart Development Zone

Sev.en Inntech a.s. is procuring construction works to revitalise the Centrum development zone in the Dolní Jiřetín area. The single lot includes, among other works, construction or renewal of roads and infrastructure, stormwater and sewerage facilities, public lighting, and landscaping. The planned contract period is from 1 February 2027 to 30 April 2028.
