Expert advisory services under the Interreg Governance Facility

Summary

The City of Vienna’s Department 27 is procuring short-term expert advisory services for the Interreg Governance Facility to help nine cross-border cooperation programmes address cross-border obstacles and promote cooperation between citizens. The procurement is divided into nine programme-specific lots, covering, among others, cooperation between Greece and Italy, Italy and several neighbouring countries, Estonia and Latvia, and Germany and Denmark. The work includes analysing existing projects and cooperation mechanisms and developing strategies, recommendations and action plans; services are planned from 15 December 2026 to 31 December 2027.
