Älvstranden Utveckling AB is procuring collaborative construction works at the Pannverkstaden property in Gothenburg. The project involves a permanent two-storey building of approximately 5,400 m² for 150 people, containing laboratories, climate-controlled test rooms, a test gym, changing rooms and offices. The works also include adapting the outdoor areas; the estimated contract value is SEK 100 million.
