Framework agreement for the supply of computer equipment and software

Summary

The contracting authority is establishing a framework agreement with one supplier for computer equipment and software, with a maximum value of EUR 700,666.56. The procurement is divided into nine lots: workstations and mobile equipment; computer peripherals and accessories; audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment; cabling and connectivity; network and power equipment; password-management software; remote end-user support software; a legal information database and document-search software; and PDF editing software. The contract period starts on 21 December 2026 and runs until 2030 at the latest, with up to three renewals for each lot.
