Beli Osam River Restoration and Public Areas in Troyan

Summary

Troyan Municipality is procuring, as a single lot, works to clear and stabilise an approximately 1,200-metre stretch of the Beli Osam River between the Vitex bridge and the bridge by Troyan’s Central Cooperative Market. The works include clearing the riverbed, nature-based bank stabilisation, and restoring a riverbed sill and fish passage. A riverside promenade will connect five public recreation areas featuring an amphitheatre, sports and play areas, a fishing platform, a wastewater pumping station, landscaping, lighting and video surveillance. The estimated contract value is EUR 3,073,357.95.
