Summary

The Swedish Defence Radio Establishment is procuring, as a single lot, an on-premises business management system, including implementation, integrations, adaptations to the authority’s needs, and the establishment of production and test environments. The scope also includes consultancy, training, support and maintenance. The system is to support functions including purchasing, invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, accounting, fixed-asset records, budgeting and forecasting; time recording, project management and contract monitoring may also be included. The project is expected to start no earlier than August 2027, with the system intended to be fully operational by 1 January 2029.
