Environmental procedure management for the western section of the S 8 Marchfeld expressway

Summary

ASFINAG is procuring environmental procedure management services for the western section of the S 8 Marchfeld expressway, from the S 1/S 8 interchange to the Gänserndorf/Obersiebenbrunn junction. The work covers managing procedures through the ongoing appeal proceedings concerning the environmental impact assessment decision, including project-change and administrative procedures and, where applicable, appeals before the Austrian Federal Administrative Court and other legal remedies. The contract is planned to run from 30 November 2026 to 31 December 2029.
