Building investigation consultancy, sampling and analysis services

Summary

The Finance Administration of the City of Copenhagen is procuring consultancy, sampling and laboratory analysis services for building investigations, together with analysis reports containing specific recommendations. The procurement has three lots: hazardous substances, including asbestos and PCBs; mould and wood-decaying fungi; and Legionella. The four-year framework agreement will use a cascade model with two advisers for the first two lots, while work under the Legionella lot will be assigned to one adviser.
