Timiș County is procuring design services for a contemporary music concert hall in central Timișoara. The single-lot contract covers the detailed urban plan, feasibility study, technical documentation for approvals and permits, construction and works-organisation authorisation documents, the technical design and execution details, and the designer’s technical assistance during construction.
