Supplies for asphalt production – four-year framework agreement

The National Road Infrastructure Administration, through its Constanta Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges, is procuring supplies for an asphalt plant under a four-year framework agreement. The products are a plant-based flow additive for storable asphalt mix, polyethylene bags for packaging that mix, a plant-based anti-stick cleaning solution for bituminous mixtures, and pre-dosed polymers for asphalt mixtures.
