Document management information system maintenance services

Summary

The Lithuanian Armed Forces Cyber Defence Command’s IT Service is procuring maintenance and modernisation of its Avilys-based document management information system, including user support, troubleshooting, version updates, configuration, and the development and deployment of new functionality. The contract covers 36 months of continuous basic maintenance, up to 190 service hours per year, and on-demand maintenance and modernisation of up to 300 hours per year, with a maximum of 900 on-demand hours over the contract term. The procurement is not divided into lots.
