Supply of self-propelled hydraulic aircraft loading platforms (25k and 50k loaders)

Summary

The procurement is for a 36-month framework agreement to supply self-propelled hydraulic platforms for loading and unloading aircraft: Lot 1 covers 25k Loader-type platforms and Lot 2 covers 50k Loader-type platforms. The total estimated framework ceiling is RON 42,320,870; the ceiling is RON 23,199,995 for Lot 1 and RON 19,120,875 for Lot 2. The planned quantities are at least 3 and up to 7 units for Lot 1, and at least 3 and up to 5 units for Lot 2. Bids may be submitted for both lots. Bidders must meet requirements relating to registration, turnover, similar past deliveries and quality management. Offers are evaluated on price (70%) and manoeuvring times, engine torque and turning radius (30% combined). A participation guarantee of 1% of the estimated value of the largest ensuing contract is specified for each lot.
