Supply of a new refuse collection vehicle for Letnitsa Municipality

Summary

The contract covers the purchase of one brand-new, unused refuse collection vehicle for Letnitsa Municipality. The vehicle must serve waste containers of 110–1,100 litres, have a compactor-type body and a hopper capacity of at least 22 m³, and meet the requirements for clean vehicles. The contractor must deliver the vehicle to the municipality, prepare the documents required for registration and take part with the municipality in its initial registration; the municipality will pay the registration costs. The delivery period is 100 days and the estimated value is EUR 170,000. Bids must be submitted electronically, variants are not permitted, and bids must remain valid for six months. Compliant bids will be assessed by lowest price, which is the sole award criterion. The advance payment is EUR 111,460 including VAT. To receive it, the contractor must provide a guarantee covering 100% of the advance; this may be cash, a bank guarantee or insurance. No performance guarantee is required.
