Rental of camera cranes and associated personnel

Summary

The tender concerns the rental of camera cranes and grip equipment for audiovisual productions, events and live broadcasts in the Benelux countries. The service must be integrated: one contractor supplies the equipment, its operation and technical support, primarily together with specialised personnel. In exceptional cases, a VRT operator may be used. This is a single-provider framework agreement with an estimated maximum value of EUR 3,200,000 and a duration of 48 months starting on 28 February 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 5 November 2026. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
