Operating lease of a material handler and wheel loader with purchase option

Summary

IVBO seeks a 48-month operating lease for one mobile material handler with a sorting grapple and one wheel loader with a high-tip bucket for its waste and recycling site. The contract includes delivery and commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, statutory inspections, technical support and replacement equipment in accordance with the service-level agreement. The machines may be purchased at the end of the four-year term, but there is no obligation to do so. As a required option, the offered wheel loader and/or material handler must be equipped with an automatic fire detection and suppression system designed for mobile machinery. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%), technical quality (30%), and service and support (10%). Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 6 November 2026.
