Vegetation clearance and extension of the dynamic purchasing system until 2040

Summary

The procurement concerns vegetation clearance for road maintenance and construction projects, and may also include thinning and pruning. The work consists of smaller assignments throughout Denmark. Companies able to work nationally or only in a local area may apply to join the dynamic purchasing system. Invitations to submit bids for specific assignments will be sent to companies admitted to the system. The system is extended until 2040, with an estimated total value of DKK 100,000,000, including contracts already awarded under it. Companies already admitted do not need to apply again. Price is the award criterion. Applications must be submitted electronically and may be in Danish, English, Norwegian or Swedish; bids for specific assignments must be in Danish. Applicants must demonstrate experience in vegetation clearance during the preceding five years and provide the required references and current evidence relating to exclusion grounds.
