Technical assessments and DALI design for 48 public civil protection shelters

Summary

The contract covers technical assessments of 48 public civil protection shelters in Timisoara and preparation of the DALI design documentation needed for their rehabilitation. The work includes assessing the condition of structures and building systems, identifying defects and risks, evaluating safe usability, and developing intervention solutions and the investment’s technical and economic indicators. The contract period is 3 months and the estimated value is RON 1,190,082.64. Tenders will be evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: price carries 40%, while the remaining 60% is based on team experience and the proposed methodology, work organisation and quality control. Bidders must provide evidence of the required registration, relevant experience from the previous three years and ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management, and nominate a team with the required qualifications and experience.
