Summary
The procurement covers planned RG-type repairs to 5100 kW TSAM electric locomotives, together with other repairs identified in the presence of CFR inspection staff during the RG repair process. The services will be performed at the contractor’s premises under a 23-month framework agreement with one operator. The framework agreement has a maximum value of RON 79,505,808.90; minimum and maximum quantities are set out in Annex A to the procurement documents.
