Production of promotional materials by lots

Summary

The Municipality of Vratsa is procuring the production and supply of promotional materials for the Youth Activity Centre project “Youth Centre Vratsa – Creating Together”, in two lots. Lot 1 includes roll-up banners, information signs, vinyl banners, a promotional arch, vehicle stickers, bracelets, branded bags, pens, badges and lanyards, umbrellas, notebooks and party glasses. Lot 2 covers stickers, printed T-shirts and sweatshirts, folders, calendars, notebooks and gift bags. The estimated values are EUR 5,114.26 for Lot 1 and EUR 7,385.74 for Lot 2, with a total estimated value of EUR 12,500. Price is the only award criterion, and a bid must not exceed the maximum amount for the relevant lot. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026. Lot 1 requires at least one similar assignment completed in the previous three years, including specified minimum production quantities. Lot 2 is reserved for eligible specialised enterprises and cooperatives for people with disabilities and social-purpose organisations; its participation conditions and experience requirements are set out in the selection criteria.
