International public relations and integrated marketing communications services in target markets
Summary
Part I concerns marketing and communications services for Lithuanian conference tourism, intended to raise Lithuania’s profile and demand in foreign markets as a destination for international conferences, meetings, incentive travel and business events. The work covers at least five foreign markets selected by the contracting authority. Services will be ordered as needed over 36 months from the contract’s entry into force; the authority does not undertake to purchase the full estimated volume or use the entire budget. The services include B2B and MICE communications and marketing strategy and action plans, digital campaigns, English-language content, engagement with specialist media and professional audiences, campaign analysis and reporting. The supplier coordinates the work, prepares a plan and estimate for each order, and obtains written approval before starting. Payment is based on agreed hours or unit prices. Actual, documented third-party costs must be approved in advance and may not include a markup or profit margin. Organising stands, travel or logistics for international MICE trade fairs is outside the procurement. Bidders must provide information and evidence for the required specialists’ experience and language skills, proof of relevant services properly delivered in the past, and a declaration of compliance with national-security restrictions. Declarations concerning restrictive measures related to Russia also apply.
