Framework Agreement for Perennials, Bulbous Plants, Woody Plants and Seeds 2027–2030

Summary

The City of Dendermonde is seeking a framework agreement for plant and seed supplies for 2027–2030, divided into three lots: perennials and bulbous plants; woody plants; and grass seed and flower seed mixtures. The total framework ceiling is EUR 300,000, split as EUR 60,000, EUR 200,000 and EUR 40,000 respectively. The authority will place orders as needed, and the framework does not grant the supplier exclusivity or guarantee a specific order volume. Tenderers must state the discount percentage applicable to their catalogue prices; price is the sole award criterion. Deliveries will normally be made to the technical centre at Hoogveld 28, Dendermonde, on working days between 8:00 and 16:00, unless the authority specifies another address. Plants will be inspected on delivery, and rejected plants must be replaced at the supplier’s expense within 48 hours. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9:00 on 19 October 2026.
